Who we are

Guided AB (“Guided”, "guided.work", “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered platform for e-commerce teams. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit guided.work or use the Guided platform.

Information we collect

• Account and workspace information: your name, email address, organization, account settings, and messages you send us.
• Service activity: prompts, workflow inputs and outputs, integration activity, and technical logs needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
• Website information: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and interactions. We use analytics and advertising cookies only after you consent.
• Connected-service information: credentials and data you authorize Guided to access from services you connect.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Guided accesses Google user data only after you grant permission through Google OAuth. The Google OAuth integrations described below request read-only access.

• Google Analytics: account and property information, reports, dimensions, metrics, audiences, and related analytics data.
• Google Search Console: verified sites, search performance, queries, pages, URL inspection results, and sitemap information.
• Authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens used to keep the connection available.

How we use it

We use Google user data to connect the Google service you select, retrieve the data needed for your requests and workflows, and create the reports, analysis, and outputs you ask Guided to produce. We also use connection and diagnostic data to maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the integration.

How we store and share it

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and separated by workspace. Google data may be stored in workflow history, reports, generated outputs, and operational logs so Guided can provide the service. It may be available to authorized members of your workspace.

We share Google user data only with service providers that help us operate Guided, including cloud hosting, security, authentication, and AI model providers, and only as needed to provide the features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Guided’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your controls

We retain OAuth credentials while the integration remains connected. You can disconnect a Google integration in Guided or revoke Guided’s access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth credentials. To request deletion of stored Google data and related outputs, contact us at the address below.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and support Guided, authenticate users, run the workflows you request, communicate with you, protect the service, understand product usage, improve our features, and meet legal obligations.

When we share information

We share information with authorized members of your workspace and with vendors acting on our instructions to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide Guided, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can vary by data type and workspace settings. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of stored integration credentials and workspace-level access controls.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw website cookie consent through your browser storage settings. Contact us to exercise a privacy right or close your account.

International transfers

Guided and our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Children

Guided is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date.
